  • Safety: Listen to your body and avoid exercises or activities that cause pain or discomfort. Inform your coach immediately of any injuries or health concerns.

5. Payment and Fees – Online Coaching Service

  • Payment Terms: Payment options will be provided upon registration. Failure to pay in full on the agreed payment date will result in loss of services until you contact your coach to settle payment.

  • Payment Timeline: Payments are taken automatically on a monthly basis via a subscription service, paying for and securing that current months's service. If payment is not or cannot be completed, it must be communicated in writing by the client to the coach prior to that specific payment. Payments not meeting this timeline run the risk of paused or cancelled services at the coach’s discretion.

  • Refunds (General Policy): Refunds are not available for any services already provided or for cancellations outside of the Progress Guarantee outlined in Section 8.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Plans must be cancelled in writing with 7 days notice to avoid charges. Failure to do so will result in the plan being continued for the following month period.

  • Refund Guarantee Exception: The only circumstance where a refund may be issued is under the Progress Guarantee described in Section 8. No other refunds apply.

  • Cancellation of Payment Subscription: To meet the need of written notice for cancellation of entire services, the cancellation of the subscription payments can only be actioned by the coach. Once written confirmation has been received in line with the 7 day policy, any written requests to end services going forward will be honoured and the subscription cancelled.

6. Payment and Fees – In-person Personal Training

  • Payment Terms: Payment options will be provided upon registration. Failure to pay in full on the agreed payment date will result in loss of services until you contact your coach to settle payment.

  • Refunds (General Policy): Refunds are not available for any services already provided or for cancellations outside of the Cancellations and Rescheduling described in Section 6.

  • Payment Timeline: Payments are taken automatically on a weekly basis via a subscription service every Monday, paying for and securing that current week's session or sessions period. If payment is not or cannot be completed, it must be communicated in writing by the client to the coach prior to that specific period. Payments not meeting this timeline run the risk of a cancelled session and paused services at the coach’s discretion. For any sessions not included in the weekly subscription charge, a one off payment will be charged at time of purchase.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Session cancellation or rescheduling requests are requested to be communicated to the coach in writing at minimum 24 hours before the scheduled session. This can be done either by message or cancelling the appropriate session on the Trainerize app calendar, before the 24 hours cut off point. For all session cancellation and rescheduling which meets the cancellation and rescheduling policy, the client has the choice of having that current week period's invoice refunded in full, or to carry the payment over to the following week period and receiving a 100% discount for that appropriate invoice.

  • Late Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged in full. Rescheduling within this window is at the coach’s discretion and is only considered for genuine emergencies, subject to diary availability.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling by the Coach: For all cancellations and reschedule requests by the Coach, they aim to be made with minimum 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to diary availability. Cancellations made by the coach within 24 hours will result in payment being carried over to the next scheduled session.

  • Cancellation of Payment Subscription: To meet the need of written notice for cancellation of any sessions or entire services, the cancellation of the subscription payments can only be actioned by the coach. Once written confirmation has been received in line with the 24 hours policy, any written requests to end services going forward will be honoured and the subscription cancelled.

7. Payments & Fees – Standalone & Independent Services

  • One-Time Payments:

    • Upfront Collection: All standalone, short-term, or fixed-term packages require a 100% upfront payment in full before any initial service setup, consultation calls, data audits, custom document creation, or coaching app profiles are initiated.

    • Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a purchase is processed, no refunds are possible under any circumstances for any unused services or uncompleted phases. This accounts for the immediate allocation of scheduling availability and back-end software slot provisioning.

  • Monthly Payments:

    • Subscription Billing: All unassisted software and continuous data hosting tiers operate as ongoing, automated monthly subscriptions. Payments are collected on a rolling basis via the software platform's designated merchant processor starting exactly at the end of your initial short-term service timeline, unless an upgrade to active coaching is selected.

    • Self-Managed Cancellation: Clients are fully responsible for managing their own subscription status. Cancellation of subscription payments must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next automated billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

    • No Partial Refunds: Monthly fees are collected for uninterrupted hosting of your training data and history on the software. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or periods of client inactivity.

8. Progress Guarantee

  • Free Trial: Clients receive a one-week free trial with no obligation to continue.

  • The Progress Guarantee only applies to the 1-1 Online Coaching Service.

  • Eligibility for the Progress Guarantee: To qualify for the refund guarantee, clients must:

    • complete 1 full month of coaching;

    • attend and complete all scheduled sessions, check-ins, and agreed activities;

    • communicate openly and honestly throughout the programme;

  • Meaningful Progress (Definition): “Meaningful progress” refers to the client’s subjective experience of improvement in areas such as confidence, consistency, clarity, habits, mindset, skill execution, or overall wellbeing.
    It does not require numerical or measurable physical results.

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund under this guarantee, clients must:

    • submit the request in writing during Week 4 (excluding 1 week free trial) by emailing info@noahbailliefitnesscoaching.com;

    • attend a brief review conversation to discuss their experience;

    • show that all agreed sessions and actions were completed.

  • Limitations (When Refunds Are Not Granted): Refunds will not be provided if:

    • the client did not complete all required sessions and actions;

    • the client missed check-ins or failed to communicate as agreed;

    • the request is made outside of Week 4 (excluding 1 week free trial);

    • the client did not follow the plan or repeatedly refused guidance;

    • the client was dishonest, withheld information, or acted in bad faith.

  • Refund Decision: If all conditions are met and the client reports no meaningful progress, a full refund of the first month of paid coaching will be issued.
    The coach reserves full discretion based on documented participation and behaviour.

  • Effect of Refund: If a refund is granted:

    • all coaching services end immediately;

    • the coaching agreement is terminated;

    • the client loses access to all resources, programmes, and communication channels.

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in any training program, self-guided routine, or nutritional plan provided by the Coach, the client acknowledges they are doing so voluntarily.
