If you're concerned about knowing who is actually coaching you (you should be), then here's a bit about me. I'm Noah, an online fitness coach and qualified level 3 personal trainer (yes an online coach with an ACTUAL qualification). I have my level 4 nutrition and am also studying my level 4 strength and conditioning qualifications to broaden my skillset. Fitness has always been part of my life, from football as a kid to the gym now. I've been a skinny kid, had major injuries, had mental health issues, and now I'm just a guy wanting to help others transform their physique and confidence through fitness. Everyone has different lives, goals and backgrounds, but with the right coaching tailored to YOU, we can all make huge progress.
